I like my espresso based coffee, but am I not staying true to the pure espresso as it is meant to be drunk? The thing is that I love drinking espresso based coffee and I need the added water to reduce the caffeine hit, otherwise I would not be able to do any work! But should I be drinking a normal coffee from a jar instead? The espresso coffee is not doubt a better cup of coffee than the way I used to drink coffee, and I have tried freeze dried coffee but it was so bland compared to my espresso based coffee. SO I guess I will stick to “watering down” the espresso – it is still better than going back to the old ways, even if it is not staying true to the coffee bean.Related articles DIY Gingerbread Latte (findingcoffee.wordpress.com) Coffee vs. Espresso (fitsugar.com) Does Your Caffeine Consumption Increase on Vacation?
