I like my espresso based coffee, but am I not staying true to the pure espresso as it is meant to be drunk? The thing is that I love drinking espresso based coffee and I need the added water to reduce the caffeine hit, otherwise I would not be able to do any work! But should I be drinking a normal coffee from a jar instead? The espresso coffee is not doubt a better cup of coffee than the way I used to drink coffee, and I have tried freeze dried coffee but it was so bland compared to my espresso based coffee. SO I guess I will stick to “watering down” the espresso – it is still better than going back to the old ways, even if it is not staying true to the coffee bean.
