Does the colour of espresso coffee matter?

When you are buying espresso coffee, do you look for colour or a good crema? I think that a coffee should be a dark rich brown colour, but I know some people don’t mind a light coloured espresso coffee – and they say it’s all about flavour… but then there is the aroma and crema – and they all matter. But what matters most to you? I would like to know becuase it is something that we can build into our espresso coffee pod business. We want to hear what, as customers you want from a great cup of espresso coffee. SO please let us know – you cant go to our espresso coffee pod website or you can make a comment here on our espresso coffee blog.
